What do you like about working at Allegany Radio?
"I worked in one location out of 5 different locations and I was afforded the opportunity to help many others at other sites."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"DON'T! This is a terrble environment to work in. No matter how hard you work you will always be under the thumb of the GM and he is just too unprofessional. The job is not worth the stress of his environment. That being said, the people in production are the BEST!"
What don't you like about working at Allegany Radio?
"The General Manager at my site was very manipulative, condescending and unprofessional."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace the GM with a team player. The current GM is a dictator and nobody will ever thrive under his rule."
