"There's a lot of low hanging fruit so it's easy to find something to fix and make you look good."

"Owner not wanting to spend money to make money. Not paying our machine operators a decent wage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You get what you pay for. Look at increasing the pay for your machine operators to that we can retain them."
