"I was hired as an intern. While the compensation was good, the company took care of accommodation, travel, food the work that I did was more inclined towards documentation. As a person with much more capabilities above documentation I felt like they could have hired someone with much more less experience or someone from freshmen year. The management of the company is very poor. The manager were friendly, helpful and understanding but on the remote sites and it would have been much easy to have hired to work remotely. The company is understaffed. Other than good compensation I don't think I would want to give stars for anything about this company. I was not happy about the work that I was doing. But It was good experience in terms of what a company should not do and should do."

"I have been with All Covered for a few years. I've watched the best of the best leave. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The management based in CA is very deceptive. This company is an absolute horror to work for."

"All Covered was purchased by Konica Minolta just after I started. It was undergoing a major reorganization while I was there which did not produce the best work environment. This led to the dissolution of my department and myself being laid off."

"Be a national company and either fire the regional VPs and unite the company as one - or creat the one team system which the VPs don't appear to support. For example - clients hate change and you are always changing for All Covered and not the clients. Face the truth and when you make bad decisions tell the clients and not leave it to the field to face the music alone. Listen to the people on the ground."
