Good learning opportunity in a consumer-focused product company for the less experienced. Cons Constant turnover, misguided and erratic leadership, and shockingly poor management. Disregard for professionalism, lack of reinvestment in the right areas of the company, and an almost willing ignorance towards the capabilities of individuals and teams are killing the company. Also, if you have any desire to move up in a company, look elsewhere. Advice to Management Take a serious look at the talent you have before you lose it. Management doesn't have all the answers, your people do."
