"Run the other way, stay away, long hours, no family life, no raises, basically slavery once you there."

"No advancement, good old boy and girl networks politics, no raises or bonuses for years. Upper managers take the money and benefits and raises, like our senators and congressmen."

"Quit, leave the company. You all are a cancer to the firm, too many managers, upper middle and lower managers."

"The innovation and the culture. Also the experience of working on state of art telecom systems."

"Keep your ear to the ground and listen for game changing technology solutions. Figure out how to build them and get them to market quickly."

"Performance Management feedbacks were not good, often times perception painted in a wrong way; improvement identifications pointed to areas that you/employee is already good at. Hence, dependence on professional development went in wrong directions."

"True respect for Minority and Diversity! Give the talented minority employees a chance to move up. Often times, I have seen non-qualified minorities get promoted and you demorale the rest of the minority employee groups."
