"Overall this a great place to work! I look forward to going to work every day! The owner does a great job creating an awesome work environment and keeping the employees happy and motivated. The only down side of this job is that you will not know what time you will start your next day until about 8-9 pm the night before. Unfortunately this in necessary because the cruise ships do not provide the tour numbers until the last minute. You could start work any time between 7:30 am and 5 pm."
