"The company itself is great, and the people I worked with were a pleasure to be around. I could complete my work and whenever I had questions about anything there would always be someone available to help. My only issue was that sometimes there would be a miscommunication that would make some teams misaligned and the quality of the end product would be less than what was planned/expected."

"I've worked for ACS for over a year through Tekmate. The people are awesome. They have a great business model. I've had more administrative privileges before which is probably the worst thing you could say about ACS. They are great!"

"I have worked for Alaska Communications since 2004. I have seen many changes and growth in a company that like me strives to succeed. I do however feel some of the leadership is disconnected and basically not a good fit in some cases and even antiquated in their thought process and management style and interpersonal relationship behavior. I feel that Alaska Communications to be the best is going to need look at innovative new process and new tech to captivate its audience."
