"The CEO wouldn't give budget for anything because of negative cash flow, so most marketing techniques were no-cost. They were heavily focused on Yellow Pages advertising and direct mail when I started, and were unwilling to try more inbound and online techniques. There were no benefits, and the company was poorly managed."
