What don't you like about working at Aladdin Bail Bonds?

"They had the desire of a large corporation and the mentality of a small business. They practiced open discrimination towards women. Their management was very hostile to work for. They absolutely no continuity between their corporate office and retail offices. There benefits were horrible. At the end of the day regardless of how good you did you still didn't feel acomplished."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Completely change to a grass roots model of management. Use foresight in your judgements. Appreciate all people and promote the ones who shine above the rest instead of keeping people in position that you have a personal relationship with"
