"They had the desire of a large corporation and the mentality of a small business. They practiced open discrimination towards women. Their management was very hostile to work for. They absolutely no continuity between their corporate office and retail offices. There benefits were horrible. At the end of the day regardless of how good you did you still didn't feel acomplished."

"Completely change to a grass roots model of management. Use foresight in your judgements. Appreciate all people and promote the ones who shine above the rest instead of keeping people in position that you have a personal relationship with"

"Growth potential came to a literal halt over the last 2 years and there was no training program to speak of to include the fact that there were no team building events or situations."

"My advice would be to set consistant goals with a career path for each individual employee and take an individual interest in the person not just the employee number."

"this has to be the worst place to work if you have experience or an education, the people that this company employs has convicted felons as employees and they don't do a thorough background screening, which is crucial ! they are searching for convicted felons and they too are felons and some are still on probations"

"Take a clear loo at the current employees and run a criminal background on your current employees and review your hiring referral and their process"

"I loved working for my office manager. He was caring and considerate and never asked us to do anything he wouldn't do. But he was as overworked as I was. I loved helping people in their time of need. I liked being challenged, for these reasons, I would have gone back there after I quit, But if you can't own your own company Aladdin is a safe and secure company that controls the majority of California bail. Very little to no threat of layoffs."

"Pretty much all you have to do is were a dark suit, white shirt and tie and you're in. Be ready to work ALL night, every-night. Keep your integrity and morals on the back burner because they aren't really a valued here."

What don't you like about working at Aladdin Bail Bonds?

"EVERYTHING was a benefit for the company, in very rare instances would they put the employee first. There was constant office drama and very little constructive assistance from upper management. They think nothing of asking you to falsify time records so they are in keeping with labor laws. And threatened loss of commission if you did not comply. It is full commission based pay and they push for nothing down bail so you work a lot for their bottom line not your own."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of your thug regional manager and take advantage of the quality people that know something about the labor code, and office etiquette. Treat your employee's like gold (if they deserve it) and get rid of the dead weight before you lose the dedicated employees, Not after. Put some value in your employees home lives. Hire enough agents to cover all shifts, so someone can get some sleep."
