2.4When I started working for the company, it was owned by CSC. Management was very nice, everyone was laid back, and we were all able to do a great job in a wonderful environment. For six years every supervisor only had positive things to say about my work. Fast forward almost 7 years later, and the new manager of less than one year gave me the worst performance review I have ever had at any job. I think he is prejudiced because he did not start complaining til after he found out about my disability. I made a case with HR, who ultimately sided with him even though I had proof he lied about my performance. GDIT... crooked company who doesn't care about their employees. If I could give zero stars I would. And to top it off, I started out as a junior developer making a little below average junior developer wages, and due to the poor company raise policy, I am now a mid-level developer making just below average junior developer wages. Despite that, if they would have treated me right, I would have stayed.
