"I think it was a great place to work, but with the new level of management coming in, it is slowly declining. They aren't taking time to see how employees accomplish tasks. They are coming in and demanding things and not fully training employees how to truly complete newly assigned roles. Employee morale is low, and it's not the same feeling around that there was less than a year ago."
