"This was my first job right out of college, and I honestly have mixed feelings about the whole experience. On one hand, I learned an absolute ton here, and I don't regret the time I spent working for them. The company maintains a numerous amount of applications for the state, and after maintaining so many of them myself, my resume looks orders of magnitude better than before. If you're an entry-level programmer with a desire to write code five days a week, I wouldn't stop you from applying. However, the sink-or-swim vibes here are real. Be prepared to put in maximum effort to stay afloat for less than industry standard pay. I'd be lying to you if I said I wasn't completely burnt out by the end. But, hey, this place was nonetheless a great stepping stone for me, and I believe it could serve you likewise."
