"To be reliable show up for work. Be open to learning and broadening youe experience, because there is plenty of room for advancement"

What don't you like about working at AkzoNobel?

"Rotating shifts. Some of the supervisors had attitude toward workers. But I kept a handle of myself and showed up everyday and did my job"

"Work and listen more with employees. And to have an open door policy for employees for suggestions, and problems"
