1.5Provide training for your leadership. Don't throw them into management positions without this. Invest in your employees and create loyalty. The churn & burn method currently utilized is not sustainable.
2.9AKQA SF was a great agency a year ago until WPP bought AKQA and became bad influence with its operations. Early 2014 all the director and managers within the department left the company and got replaced by other branch. The tech department has become a sinking ship since then.
