"They were an activity based organization rather than being a results orientated company, hence they have had to close quite a few of their offices over the past year. It was a revolving door atmoshere, constantly letting folks go and replacing folks."

"Being a consulting company, your assignments may last longer than contracted for, but alternatively, also can be cut short based upon the company assigned to, and their economic status (meaning that company could release their contract on very short notice)."

"Only suggestion I have is to keep being aware of their employees and providing them the flexibility they do today. This is a very good company to work for."
