"I learned valuable ways of NOT doing business. I have learned great ways of advancing myself past employment like this and on to bigger and better things for more pay. I hate coming to this job and have been in this career type for over 8 years. I have worked here for 5 months and have wanted to quit for 3.5 months. Truth."
What don't you like about working at Advanced Internet Technologies?
"I do not like a variety of things: No movement and upper management does not work well or care about employees. After $200,000+ in sales, the company wanted to retain its profits so they moved to not give any commission pay, bonuses or raises to any employees. My commission alone is over $5,000. It has been 4 months and I have not been paid. Will see them in court."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing. Find a new line of work for a company with better focus on its employees and customers."
