"Mid-management was excellent. They actually cared about employees and retainability of talent. However, it was unfortunate they did not have the power to make big changes. The power was kept at very high levels which was the biggest weakness of the company. The power was kept by power-hungry sharks that don't really care about the lower-level employees. And this was ultimately why this company has such a high turnover rate."
