"This is not the kind of job for just anyone. The work is, at times physically demanding. The best part is when the customer sees their aircraft after a new paint job and they light up. This is the satisfaction that makes all of the hard work worth it. The worst part is that the chemicals you are exposed to on a daily basis are extremely harmful. Aircraft painters do not have a long lifespan. 60 years tops."
