"be happy with the position you are applying for and pray for a good supervisor. I've had both wonderful and not so wonderful bosses and it makes all the difference."
What don't you like about working at AIR?
"there is not a lot of focus on career development. You tend to learn as much as you need to complete a job, but not enough to be competent in a new skill-set."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"there was not any connection between the different branches of the organization. They are working to fit that now, but its not moving fast enough."
