"This is namely for people who have recently graduated trade school and have to go out and find a job. This is the second worst thing, the worst is not having a job at all. Basically, they have terrible customer relations because they get the majority of their work orders from home warranty companies. What this means is that they can pass the buck back and forth and literally show up at a customer's house half halfheartedly diagnose your problem and not do anything to fix it. The owner is a sociopath and he hires his family. If you are part of his family then rest assured you have a job forever if you so choose. It was good to have money and get some experience but, there are no long term prospects. I am glad I do not work there anymore. I highly recommend that you don't either."
