"The Air Force really doesn't interview, but think positive and always keep your head on a swivel. Don't be afraid to ask questions and offer suggestions."

What don't you like about working at Air National Guard ?

"I stayed with the US Military for almost 23 years, and the biggest challenge I had was that there were always poor interpretations of policies and regulations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of your personnel, and they will take care of you. Keep an open mind and be flexible to new ideas and processes."
