"I began working for Aiken Swimming Pool August 2018 in the design, sales and project management role. The company is owned by a father and son, and has a long list of Pool and construction accomplishments. They created this position for me and we’ve been quite successful in terms of market share and closing most every project we propose. The reason I’m interested in leaving, is the father is retiring soon and the son has expressed an interest in downsizing to be a little less busy, so this not only affects my current role as an essentially overhead cost position, but any potential for continued growth and development will not be available. I’ve known the family since I moved to Aiken almost 10 years ago and look forward to a continued friendship."
