What do you like about working at AIG?

"As senior sales director, I managed a team of strong and independent account executives. This company allowed me to demonstrate my unique management style to build relationships and meet/exceed my monthly quotas. I was sales manager of the year several years in a row with them as well."

What don't you like about working at AIG?

"Sadly, Wilmington Finance has shut their doors last year. Otherwise I would still be with them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This company ran very smoothly.The only suggestion I can think of is less micromanaging from corporate office."
