"I enjoyed working with my co-workers. The challenges that the changes entailed."

What don't you like about working at AIG?

"I think the only thing I didn't like was the financial status the company experienced, that caused them to restructure and lay off individuals such as myself. I really enjoyed working there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that the recession affected everyone. I would have thought it would have been better to cut hours, as opposed to layoffs."
