Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Forget about it. You can do better. The recent AIG troubles confirm my previous statement about how little the parent company values its employees. "I didn't like anything about working for AIG SunAmerica Financial Services. The petty salary is not significant enough to deal with the bureaucracy that AIG brought to the organization. Although the pay wasn't that great when SunAmerica was owned by Mr. Eli Broad, Mr. Broad made sure that the employees were taken care of and appreciated. The organization was ran much better before the AIG merger."
