"I've worked for Agilent since 2005 and seen a lot of changes as the organization has adjusted its market focus from life science research to pre-clinical and clinical marketplaces. Overall it's a good company to work for. At times it can honestly be frustrating in dealing with the entropy that needs to be overcome to do anything innovative.
