"Quality of work/life is zero. They do not care about you being sick, hurt, or on vacation. They want you to work 24/7 without a break."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Either work as a technician for 2 straight months or get together and have some sensitivity training. Train in learning what makes the employees tick, it's not always money."
