"There wasn't any solid structure and while trying to put one in place there where lot of opposition"

"Just like any building the foundation have to be strong therefore in order for Aggregate to succeed a good structure need to be put in place"

"Fast paced, never bored. Do not mind the long hours because usually it is compensated with days off in the future."

"If you say you want to work 9-5 only, they will not hire you. Be willing to work long hours and late nights."

"No room for growth. Declining industry market and economy is causing jobs to not open or eliminate positions."
