"lacks internal/employee structure, so be a self-starter. Make friends with the right people, be ready for some serious workload and effort with little budget contribution or agency support. Not a bad place to work - lots of opportunity for growth, but largely because there's a need to start from the ground-up in terms of internal infrastructure/IT support. Can be influential if you want to and if the right people like you and you're allowed to take the reins on high-level projects. Lots of responsibility to execute, but little is allowed for strategy or budget-control."

What don't you like about working at AGCO Finance?

"Arbitrary goal-setting, not enough structured growth, unrealistic expectations from management, projects without budgets, no day-to-day perks (no free coffee, etc), no cafeteria or nearby restaurants, commute not enjoyable, too far from the city, not well integrated with corporate, have to wait on corporate to begin some projects, not creative or inspirational, little strategic freedom"

"Manage workloads better, hire employees, creative environment, progressive workspace, day-to-day perks"
