"I've worked for AGC Electronics America for over 4 years now. Overall, it is a really good place to work. The pay and benefits are good (above average, I think) and management genuinely cares about the average employee. The company is owned and operated by a Japanese company, so all major decisions must be approved by HQ in Tokyo, which can lead to some culture-gap with American employees."
