"The fast paced and fun atmosphere. I was given a lot of responsibilities outside of the norm for my position."

What don't you like about working at Aéropostale?

"After taking on responsibility out of the norm i.e. running different locations, opening new stores; I was still held back from further promotions and was told that time on the job was the number one factor in making those decisions"

"encourage hard work by rewarding it and promoting those who show results!"
