"I've worked at Aerojet Rocketdyne for over five years. Although there are many very skilled and knowledgeable people working there, there is no sense of camaraderie. Everyone has proven to be critical of each other, and this has made the environment very tense at times. The average age is somewhere around 46, and they have no means to educate or involve new hires about the different areas of the company and their functionality."
