"Management is primarily made up of former MBTA officials. High profile positions are dominated by cronyism. Advancement opportunities are extremely limited."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make promotions based on merit. Allow the most qualified individuals an opportunity for advancement."

"When I was transferred to the Orange County office, I was introduced to a marleting staff with an established relationship of over 15 years. It was a highly unprofessional and the worst experience in my career."

"I am generally stuck behind a desk most of every day. When I worked in manufacturing I was interacting with all levels of the team and doing more hands on work. I miss that haivng left manfacturing and would like to have the opportunity to do that again."
