"Advocate is an excellent company to work for. They treat employees fair for the most part. I work in public safety/security and we are underpaid, but that is depending on what site you work. The minority sites are treated different than the areas with a white customer base but what else is new. If you educate yourself and do what's expected of you, there is chance for advancement."
