"once a month meetings with coordinators from upper management"

"They found me work quick when I could not find traditional employment in a tough Tampa market."

"Be honest with your skill set."
What don't you like about working at Adecco?
"They didn't seem to care much about you after you were placed. They have a high placement price which cuts into your hourly pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more caring of your placed employees, especially after they're placed. No out of sight, out of mind."
What do you like about working at Cape Cod Times?
"Liked the co-workers there and the region. Cape Cod is a beautiful place."

"They have to be willing to work for less money than they would make in Boston."

"Salary level was very low."

"Raise salaries to keep good people there."

"A&M at Commerce made sure that even if they didn't pay you well, the job was worth it; the environment was open, management was great, and your job was always considered important, no matter who you were or what position you worked."
What do you like about working at Texas A&M University?
"I loved the environment, the open and dedicated structure of management, and the trust that was put in your abilities. If an employee said they could do something, it was trusted that they could. I also enjoyed the various employee and corporate retreats, as well as the pro-deals that were offered."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Commerce is all about energy and drive. Know your material, what is required for the position, and be prepared to do your job to the best of your ability. Be enthusiastic and always support your coworkers."
What don't you like about working at Texas A&M University?
"The pay left something to be desired, but it was a college position so it was not a big deal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management at Commerce has a great thing going on, just don't loose track that it is supposed to be a fun environment and take yourself too seriously."

"This position has little to no growth opportunity, nor is it mentally challenging. Leaves little room for creativity."
What do you like about working at Active Interest Media?
"The commute is only 15 minutes from my house. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am not micro-managed."
What don't you like about working at Active Interest Media?
"The position itself is extremely boring and all interaction is done via email. It is a tedious position more than anything, a lot of time is spent on spreadsheets and accounting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow this position to grow, offer up more creative work rather than accounting and spreadsheet work if this role is considered a marketing/advertising role."
