"Don't do it. Do you really want to work for a middle man who takes a cut of your salary"

What don't you like about working at Advanced Technology Services?

"No seniority, having to wear a uniform, bump cap, carry a radio, put up with their culture, forced overtime. There is no pleasing ATS, they constantly want more out of me and I already give 110%. I feel as if they want to control me all the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You need a company full of maintenance specialist, not generalist who are the jack of all trades and the master of none."
