"I liked the exposure to all different types of manufacturing environments. Previously I was only dealing with automotive, but this job wasn't limited to just one area of industrial manufacturing."

"Be prepared to be the rep with the most expensive products in the industry, learn how to sell on quality and not price."

What don't you like about working at Advance America?

"Training was minimal at best and management support was worse."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More training and better marketing and management."
