"It is a nice place to work , but make sure that you never stop looking . They tried to give me a write up and all my work was completed on time ."

"I Did not like when my boss changed. He was Lazy and had me doing his job for him and also lying to the company having me to help him purchase equipment that was not needed ."

"treat everyone employee the way they want to be treated . And if that means letting an employee go because they are not following the company creed then that is correct . Employee must follow all rules and policies"

"I enjoyed the freedom of running my store without constant supervision."

"Learn as much as you can about the company prior to your interview and be expected to answer a battery of questions regarding your prior work performance. Be sure to be honest during the interview about any past failures you might have had, and be positive about what you could provide to the company."

"I did not like the continual change in policy which took place from one D.D.O. to the next. Nothing was ever constant there and the demands for growth were unrealistic."

"Overstaff. Always be certain there are additional employees on standby that work as floaters so that all stores can be covered at all times."

"I didn't like the actual job I was doing. I didn't know it was a collections job."

"Be more upfront with what the job entails. Collections is 80% of the job and it should be advertised as such."

"The company treated their employees poorly. Also tolerated Store Manager to herass Her customers and Assistant manager with absolutley no repercaution."
