"Adtrav has the potential to be a really great company within the Travel industry. However, the leadership is stuck in the 1970’s and the management has a very low turnover, so that makes the company not progressive. Hardly no benefits and everything (building, equipment, supplies) is done so cheaply. There is a high turnover in employees. And everything is always an emergency. This is a privately owned company and the owner is trying to maximize profit over his employees welfare."
