"I worked for Adtec for 2.5 years. It is a subsidiary (in practice - perhaps not paper) of a Japanese company. As such the company has high workmanship standards, but change is slow and though communication with Japan is essential, it is a slow, painful and error prone process. As such it can be frustrating to work there. The people are amicable, however, and the environment is well balanced between professionalism and informality."
