"I have worked at Adobe for a little while now. Great place to learn BIG company problems. I have also worked at a smaller start up and learned the differences between the two. I prefer an environment where upward mobility and pushed learning aids my motivation to continually learn and strive for growth alongside a company."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"The first thing is to use the talent they already have in house, every first week in December they have layoffs (they are the definition of an ADD company) so instead of redeploying the existing employees to roles in the new organization, they lay off and folks have to fend for themselves. Second would be to quit sending jobs to India! The CEO's brother-in-law runs the India operations, not too hard to figure out what is going on."
