"This is one of the greatest companies to work for in Silicon Valley. It is very innovative and promising. They offer good compensation, benefit, environments, flex time, free snack, drink, and more. The only drawback is that annual lay-off in November. It really affects most employees' productivity and motivation. Other than that, I highly recommend to work for this company. It is hard to balance life and work, but not in this company."

People have always been friendly and helpful; very professional. It is very much like a family and you know this is true when a project comes to a close and everyone has to move on and you are a little sad to be parting ways. "It ships jobs overseas. Adobe laid-off the entire Indesign team in Seattle and moved those jobs to India."
