"This is one of the greatest companies to work for in Silicon Valley. It is very innovative and promising. They offer good compensation, benefit, environments, flex time, free snack, drink, and more. The only drawback is that annual lay-off in November. It really affects most employees' productivity and motivation. Other than that, I highly recommend to work for this company. It is hard to balance life and work, but not in this company."

What do you like about working at Adobe?

"Incredibly smart people and interesting, passionate customers. We got to work on really interesting technologies and products."

What don't you like about working at Adobe?

"Slow to move and a bit too focused on milking its long-time successful products like Photoshop and Illustrator. There was also very much of a not invented here attitude among the development groups."

"Make sure you keep a core group of people focused on innovation."
