2 Hard to advance. Management tends to pigeon hole their employees.. Favorites get big bonuses and raises. Most receive no raises or bonuses. Management isn't very knowledgeable of their departments. Most VP's claim to have college degrees but do not. (Been verified) HR runs the show and is uneducated with zero personal skills.
