"That the technology is somewhat archaic and everyone is on a different version of Office."

"I did not enjoy the fact that the company was reliant on outside partnerships to continue being a going concern."

"The CEO has a brilliant mind but lacks the ability follow through in a sustainable manner. This is something he is well aware of but has not made any attempt to alter."

What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Centrally located - beautiful grounds outside. For the most part the associates that have been with the company for years are great."

"Ask many questions - on your position and growth within the company - force them to answer and don't be afraid to challenge!"
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Definite disparity in workloads! Hard working loyal associates get rewarded with more work - but not more compensation. Every year there is some type of downsizing so you walk around wondering if this year it will be your turn! Morale is so visibly poor these days because of the heavy workloads and arrogant mentality of senior management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Re-occurring word depicting work environment in corporate - TOXIC! Do something to turn that around - you can't keep using the BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE A JOB mantra - one of two things will eventually happen - 1. the economy will get better - and people will go onto other companies, 2. talent will eventually just leave - there is only so many times people will allow themselves to be abused!"

"If you are working a job you like there know that you will stay right in that job. Even when promised other positions it won't happen it's a ploy to keep you until they no longer need you."

"Not let managers and directors be the only voices heard."

"Individual stores lost in overall vision for company, sometimes lost sight of customer needs/wants."

"Less dog and pony show, more store level detail, more store level empowerment."

"There is a good mix of people who work at A+E and they pay well for living in NYC"

"It is more of a workplace, business environment than a creative domain."
What don't you like about working at A&E Television Networks?
"The politics in the office is quite prevalent. People are under a lot of pressure and stress. As a result, the employees walk on egg shells and cannot express their opinions freely."

"Update A+E technologically. Create a more fun and creative environment, like offering classes about the industry. Don't make work all about work, but encourage exploration."

"I like the chaos of working in the emergency room department."

"If you are interviewing for any job other than nursing or physician, don't do it."
What don't you like about working at Partners HealthCare?
"The favortism is absolute crazy. The bosses had their favorites and the don't hide it, it's pretty blatant. There are 3 managers in our department and 2 out of three are completely rude. They have no people skills and likes to gossip and pick at their employees for minor things. I feel like I am in middle school half the time with the gossiping, back stabbing and overall bad management skills that our immediate supervisors."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would do everything differeently. I would first make sure that the managers/supervisors had proper training prior to starting that job role. There is so much favoritism that goes on, that would need to end. There is a lot of inappropriate work place relationships, a lot of relatives and friends working with one another. There are practically no people of color in management or nursing management . It is really a depressive work enviroment."

"Benefits, holiday pay and weekend off as well as time allowed for school."

"Job cuts happen all the time and they don't hire from within."

"Hire from within seek talent from employees that have educational degrees."

"I've been with Comcast for 15 years. all my experiences I got from this company"

"Make sure to know the history of the compnay. and the team you are interviewing with."

"Its hard to move up. the process to change or move to a new job is not easy."

"I feel they don't look out for thier employees. Some manager dont help or look out for thier employees for new oppty."

"Fast paced and great people to work with, interesting, challenging, implementation of new processes."

"Professional, professional dress, very very fast paced, deadlines are very important."

"Needed more balance between family and work lives and more flexibility to be off if needed to care to family matters."

"Supervising 45 employees at a time with minimal pay is too much for one person."

"Professional environment, professional dress, rather quiet and not so fast paced environment."

"There was not enough to keep me busy. This position was created to cover a person who was on maternity leave and when she returned there was not enough work to keep both of us busy full time."

"Expand the job duties and develop new and challenging job duties."
