"My only advice would be to come prepared for the interview. Plan questions that you will want to ask the interviewer and definitely be on time for the interview."
What don't you like about working at SunTrust Banks?
"Glass ceiling, no opportunity for advancement. Improper job placement for my level of experience, I returned from medical leave and had to take a position 3 levels below my experience level. When an opportunity came open for advancement, I was told that I was the glow of the reception area."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest management, uphold company procedures and look for employee advancement opportunities when the time comes for individual employees. Maybe also hire an Industrial/Occupational psychologist to assist in employee placement, structuring job descriptions and salaries, and to perform surveys of employment assessments and performance reviews."

"I enjoyed the challenges I experienced and the training opportunities."

"There wasn't anything I disliked about working for International Paper Company."

"All I can say is this is a great place to work. The people were pleasant, the work was interesting and sometimes challenging. The food cafeterial was fairly good, but if you were inclined to eat elsewhere the food court was outstanding. Yale-New Haven had activities and events for employees both in entertainment and in training...a great place to work."

"Be confident listing your qualifications and don't be afraid to be honest about what you don't know. This company is willing to train you."

"Issues will arize in every place of employment, but overall I can't think of a thing I didn't like. My only reason for leaving was that personal issues prompted a desire for relocation."
