What do you like about working at Aderant?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are new to the industry, and are young, ask that your offer include a career development plan. Get everything in writing. If you are started off with an introductory salary, make sure that your bonus structure is clearly defined in writing. Also, if there is any mention that you will be considered for a raise some time after you have proven your performance, make sure to get in writing the duration for that evaluation, and an actual dollar amount for the increase in salary. Ask what your specific job requirements will be. Ask specific questions about who will be managing you, and how you will account for your day-to-day activities (it varies from team-to-team). Ask very pointed questions about how OTHERS will be accountable for tasks that you might require of them (like when a project task is completed by you, but you won't be able to move to your next task until someone from another team or department completes their task)."
What don't you like about working at Aderant?
"There is absolutely no direction. If there is, it isn't explained to employees below a certain pay grade. There is evidence that employees are actively lied to, in order to cover up the direction and decisions taken by management. The evidence for this is that we are frequently engaged with upper-management in conference calls or team meetings, where the employees are concerned about some potential issue or change; management holds these meetings to explain to employees why there is no need for concern. However, 90% of the time, in mere weeks, the employees discover the opposite was true, without any warning, or any communication from upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would alter the consulting and implementation approach for each product line to create a certain amount of protection between client expectations and actual deliverables. I would provide true productivity tools that would allow streamlined project management, and visibility into all the minute tasks for everyone involved in each project. I would provide a true ticketing system for in-project and post-implementation support. I would incorporate a single tool for providing true client-life-cycle management. I develop the internal support team, and capture metrics on client satisfaction; I would make those metrics actionable, and make it a primary goal to know how we can improve our client's perspective of us, and then make it happen."
