"Research the company and ask which areas are possible where you would be placed."

"I did not like the recoverable draw, or working for straight commission."

"I would recommend a set salary with a bonus or commission structure. I would also recommend that management do more research on areas before they place recruiters in areas where it is hard to place interviewees."

"In this economy they did the best that they could for me, keep it up, as in where is my next job?"

"The assignment was very challenging. I had to learn a lot about the business process for the company and be able to synthetize it for the developers."

"I did not like that it ended. It was a temporary contract that ended when the project was completed. I would have liked to stay for a new project."

"Get a benefits package that is more suitable to their client's needs."
