Adconion Media Group Employee

"Great Work Environment... But You Won't Last Long."

What do you like about working at Adconion Media Group?

"Very nice, friendly, young staff. The coworkers are all awesome. The bosses are really nice too when they're on your side."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you read your contract and understand it 100%. They tried to just cut me, when my contract said I was entitled to a month's notice before termination. When I pointed it out in my papers (they sincerely didn't remember), they were very cooperative though giving me 1 month's exit compensation."

What don't you like about working at Adconion Media Group?

"They hire people without a clear idea of what the employees are going to do. Then they fire them after 1-4 months when there isn't enough work to go around. They start you out on a 1099 contract to make getting rid of you. Also, the business model is very shady. They do Pay Per Address email marketing, which is legal spamming. They trick people to giving their email address, and then sell the email to other companies to spam with tons of product ads. No one in their right mind would sign up for a Frontline Direct list, if they knew what junk they'd get in their inbox."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure you actually have enough work for someone you hire before taking them off the job market from other better opportunities."
